At Regenerative Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality, research-grade products. Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of these materials, we maintain a strict no returns and no refunds policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Regenerative Peptides are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances outside of approved claims (see Section 3).

2. Product Handling & Safety

Our products are intended strictly for research purposes only.
Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot verify storage conditions, handling, or contamination risks.
For safety and quality control reasons, returned products cannot be accepted back into inventory.

3. Shipping Errors or Damaged Items

Although all sales are final, we will assist in the following cases:

You receive the wrong item due to our error
Your order arrives damaged in transit

To request a review, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number
Include clear photos of the issue
